The Food and Agricultural Sciences (FAS) Program
Was developed by Rajnish Khanna, Analise Heid (Teacher) and Sarah Wally in 2015, as a hands-on interactive program to teach children about food and agriculture. Some of the components of the original FAS Program have been repeated through the years by Analise Heid in continuation of the curriculum. Frequently, Rajnish Khanna organizes field trips to Carnegie Institution to promote access to plant and environmental science research.
